This Refund and Withdrawal Policy (the “Policy”) governs the terms under which clients of Expert-B, operated by Expert-B LTD, may request fund refunds or withdrawals. This Policy is designed to ensure transparency, protect client interests, and comply with Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) regulations.<\/strong>


2. General Provisions<\/strong>


2.1 Scope and Application<\/strong><\/p>

  • This Policy applies to all funds deposited, managed, or traded through the Platform.<\/li>
  • Clients must have a fully verified account in accordance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements before requesting a withdrawal or refund.<\/li><\/ul>

    2.2 Processing Timelines<\/strong><\/p>

    • Refund and withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date of request.<\/li>
    • Processing times may vary due to payment provider procedures, financial institutions, or compliance verifications.<\/li>

        • Brokerage service fees, such as commissions, management fees, or account maintenance fees, once the service has been provided.<\/li><\/ul>

          • All refund requests undergo a thorough internal review before approval.<\/li>
          • The Company reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion.<\/li>
          • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.<\/li><\/ul>

            3.4 Chargebacks<\/strong><\/p>

            • Chargebacks initiated through a client\u2019s bank or payment provider will trigger an internal investigation.<\/li>
            • Clients are encouraged to contact the Company before initiating a chargeback to resolve issues directly.<\/li>
            • Unjustified chargebacks may result in:<\/li>
            • Account suspension or termination<\/li>
            • Additional fees for administrative handling<\/li>
            • Legal action in cases of fraud<\/li><\/ul>

              4. Withdrawal Policy<\/strong>

              • Clients must request withdrawals via their account dashboard on the Platform.<\/li>
              • Requests must specify the amount and the payment method.<\/li>

                4.2 Verification and Compliance<\/strong><\/p>

                • To ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations, the Company may require:<\/li>

                • Proof of residence (utility bill or bank statement)<\/li>
                • Source of funds verification, especially for large withdrawals<\/li>
